Description
Exceptionally beautiful crucifix, late 19th century from Belgium.
The whole is cast from three separate parts: the crucifix, the Corpus and the INRI plate.
Rich symbolism through the holly crucifix surrounded by berries or possibly oak leaves. Both have a Christian symbolic meaning.
Not signed. Good condition – used with small signs of aging & blemishes
