Costs of delivery are not included.

All items needing posting (including small items of furniture such as stools, boxes etc. will be packaged and safely sent by post/courier, using the delivery services of Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or DHL etc. Each item will be sent on a fully tracked service and will require a signature upon receipt. Please allow between 3 and 7 working days for delivery. If there are any signs of damage to the packaging upon delivery please ensure the courier marks it as ‘damaged’ on their system before you sign for it, and inform us straight away if the item is damaged upon opening the parcel.

Large items of furniture:

As standard these can only be delivered within the UK. If you would like to discuss having an item delivered to Europe please get in touch. Delivery will be carried out by courier. Delivery to the highlands of Scotland, or any islands, may unfortunately cost more and take longer to arrange. All items of furniture are fully insured against loss or damage whilst in transit. Please allow between 7 and 21 days for delivery of your item, though delivery to remote areas can take longer. Please check the item carefully upon receipt and inform us immediately if there is any damage. If there is any evidence of damage to the packaging please mark it as damaged on the delivery note before signing for it.
Please ensure that you are available to receive the delivery and can be reached on your contact number as given when placing your order.

If the offered delivery slot is not suitable then another time slot will be offered when they next have a driver in your area.

Our couriers have an excellent record for delivering items as planned, but inevitably problems such as traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns can occasionally prevent them making the delivery. If this occurs they will let you know as soon as possible and arrange another slot, but we would be grateful if you could inform us that the delivery hasn’t been made just so that we can follow it up with the courier as well.
